Service Description

Event & Technical Production

It is not enough for an event to “look good”; it must sound good, be properly lit, run flawlessly, and be properly recorded. As Ance Tour, we plan the audio–visual infrastructure, stage/decor setup, and production recordings for congresses, meetings, launches, and corporate events under one roof.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Is an LED screen or projection more suitable? +

LED screens are clearer in brightly lit venues. Projection may be preferred for smaller budgets. The decision is made based on venue lighting, viewing distance, and content type.

What is required for simultaneous interpretation? +

A headset system, interpreter booth, and interpreter coordination are required. The number of receivers is planned according to the number of participants.

How long does the setup take? +

Setup time varies depending on stage size, LED screen dimensions, sound/lighting requirements, and number of booths. We build the schedule with a buffer prior to rehearsal time.

Do you provide live streaming? +

Yes. A live streaming scenario is designed with camera direction, audio feed, and internet line/backup plan.

Is a generator really necessary? +

It is recommended for outdoor events, high power consumption setups, or risky locations to ensure energy continuity.

How is pricing determined? +

Number of days, setup scale (LED/stage), equipment class, crew size, and production scope (drone/jib/broadcast) are decisive. A short needs list is sufficient for a clear quotation.
