Cancellation & Refund Terms

These Cancellation & Refund Terms apply to transfer, VIP transfer, tours, accommodation brokerage services, MICE and corporate organization services provided by ANCE TOUR TURİZM VE TİC. LTD. ŞTİ (“Ance Tour & MICE”). For all reservations and payments made through our website, the terms below shall be deemed accepted.

1. Legal Framework – Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts; for services that must be provided on a specific date or period, such as transportation, accommodation, car rental, organization, events and similar services, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

Within this scope, dated, operational and personalized services provided by Ance Tour & MICE are outside the scope of the 14-day right of withdrawal applicable to distance sales.

2. General Rule

Payments made upon reservation confirmation are, due to supplier-specific and operational planning for the service, as a rule non-refundable. However, the exceptional cases stated below are excluded from this rule.

3. Payment Methods

Payments may be collected via credit card, bank transfer/EFT, and online payment link.

4. Transfer & VIP Transfer Services

  • Payments made after reservation, since operational planning has started, are outside the scope of refund.
  • In no-show cases (the guest does not participate in the service), no refund will be made.
  • Date change requests will be considered only if notified at least 90 days before the service start date.

5. Tour, Package and Accommodation Services

For tour, package and accommodation services, the cancellation and refund policies of hotels, airlines, tour operators and other suppliers shall apply.

In cancellations due to health issues or visa refusal, Ance Tour & MICE waives its rights regarding its own service fee; however, fees collected by the relevant institutions and suppliers cannot be refunded.

6. MICE & Corporate Organizations

Since congress, meeting, event and corporate organization services are planned on a project basis, unless otherwise stated in the contract, payments made are non-refundable.

7. Force Majeure

In force majeure cases such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, decisions of official authorities, flight cancellations and similar circumstances, cancellation and refund processes are evaluated within the framework of legal regulations and supplier terms. Where possible in such cases, a refund or date change may be provided.

8. Refund Process

In cases where a refund is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–14 business days, using the same method by which the payment was made.
