This Information Notice has been prepared by ANCE TOUR TURİZM VE TİC. LTD. ŞTİ (“Ance Tour & MICE”), within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), in order to inform data subjects regarding the processing of personal data.

Your personal data is collected through our website, contact and reservation forms, online payment pages, e-mail, phone, WhatsApp and cookies, by automatic or partially automatic means.

Your personal data is processed based on the legal grounds specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK, namely; establishment or performance of a contract, fulfillment of a legal obligation, legitimate interest, and explicit consent.

Hotels, airlines, transfer companies and other service providers
Payment infrastructure providers
Google (Analytics, Ads, Maps, etc.) and similar digital service providers
Authorized public institutions and organizations (in case of legal obligation)
Server, software and technical service providers

6. Retention Period of Personal Data

Your personal data is retained for the periods prescribed in the relevant legislation or for as long as required by the purpose of processing; upon expiration of the period, it is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

7. Your Rights Under the KVKK

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, as a data subject you have the following rights:

To learn whether your personal data is processed
To request information if it has been processed
To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with the purpose
To know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad
To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
To request deletion or destruction within the scope of the KVKK
To request notification of the transactions made to third parties to whom it is transferred
To object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems
To request compensation for damages in case you suffer damages due to unlawful processing

8. Application Method

You may submit your requests regarding your rights under the KVKK, in writing or via info@ancetour.com e-mail address. Your requests will be evaluated and finalized within the periods stipulated in the legislation.
