Service Description

Cruise Tours

Cruise tours are a travel model that lets you visit multiple destinations in a single holiday, combining onboard accommodation + dining + entertainment under one plan. Especially on the Greek Islands & Aegean routes, programs departing from Kuşadası/Istanbul are very popular. On the Celestyal side, you see emphasis on items such as “all meals on board, comfortable cabins, onboard entertainment, taxes/service fee, guiding and insurance”; we are also clarifying the page accordingly.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a visa? +

It varies by route and ports. On Greek Islands routes, Schengen may be required in most cases; on some programs the procedure may differ. We clarify the document list from the very beginning based on the program you choose.

What exactly is “included”? +

It varies by program. On the Celestyal side, items such as “all meals, cabin, entertainment, taxes/service fee, guiding, insurance” stand out. On some Miray sales pages, items such as full board accommodation, 5 o’clock tea/night treats, onboard entertainment, and port taxes are also listed.

How should I choose a cabin? +

Based on budget-comfort balance: inside (economical), oceanview (natural light), balcony (best balance), suite (maximum comfort). For those sensitive to seasickness, cabins in the mid-ship / mid-deck areas are generally more comfortable.

Are shore excursions mandatory? +

Not mandatory. You can join guided tours or enjoy free time at the port. It is critical not to miss the ship’s departure time.

Is it suitable for families with children? +

Yes. The biggest advantage for families: you can see a different island/city every day without changing hotels. Cabin type and meal times should be planned accordingly.

What about cancellation / change conditions? +

Conditions vary by program, period, and campaign. Before booking, we clarify cancellation-refund-name change clauses in writing and then proceed.
