Terms of Service

These Terms of Service regulate the terms of use, order/reservation, intermediary, and operational conditions related to the services provided through www.ancetour.com by ANCE TOUR TURİZM VE TİC. LTD. ŞTİ (“Ance Tour & MICE”). Anyone who visits our website and/or receives services is deemed to have read and accepted these terms.

1. Definitions

  • Company / Ance Tour & MICE: ANCE TOUR TURİZM VE TİC. LTD. ŞTİ
  • User: A person who visits the website
  • Customer: A person/entity requesting a quotation/reservation or purchasing a service
  • Supplier: Hotel, airline, transfer company, tour operator, event venue, technical production company, etc.
  • Service: All service categories listed below

2. Services Provided

Ance Tour & MICE provides the following services within the scope of planning, coordination, and intermediation of travel and organization processes:

  • MICE organizations (meetings, congresses, dealer meetings, corporate events, etc.)
  • Hotel & tour reservations and package planning
  • Transfer & VIP transfer services
  • Flight ticket services
  • Cruise tours
  • Information and operational support for visa procedures
  • Event & technical production (stage, lighting, sound, simultaneous interpretation, etc.)
  • OTA setup & management (channel setup/integration/optimization support for hotels)

3. Agency Role – Intermediation and Limitation of Liability

Ance Tour & MICE acts as an intermediary and/or operational coordinator for many services. In the performance of the main services provided by hotels, airlines, transfer companies, and similar suppliers, the rules and conditions of the relevant supplier shall apply.

In cases such as supplier-related delays, cancellations, overbooking, flight changes, technical failures, strikes, decisions of public authorities, and weather conditions; Ance Tour & MICE makes its best efforts to manage the process and produce solutions; however, it does not accept unlimited liability for matters that are under the direct responsibility of the supplier.

4. Quotation, Approval, and Reservation Process

  • Quotations are prepared based on requests submitted via email, phone, WhatsApp, or forms on our website.
  • Prices may vary depending on allotment, availability, season, supplier price changes, and exchange rate fluctuations.
  • Reservation/work order becomes final upon written approval (email/WhatsApp) and/or payment.
  • Name, surname, ID/passport details, dates, and route information provided by the customer must be accurate. The customer is responsible for issues arising from incorrect information.

5. Payment, Invoicing, and Service Fees

Payments may be collected via credit card, bank transfer/EFT, or online payment link. Credit card details are not stored by us and are processed through the relevant payment infrastructure providers.

For certain services (especially organization, consultancy, planning, and operational management), a separate service fee may be determined. This fee is specified in writing in the quotation and/or contract.

6. Cancellation, Refund, and Changes

Cancellation, refund, and change conditions may vary depending on the type of service. The general framework is set out on our Cancellation & Refund Policy page. For services such as tours, hotels, flight tickets, and cruises, the cancellation/refund rules of the relevant supplier may apply.

7. Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, war, terrorism, decisions of public authorities, flight cancellations, border closures, infrastructure outages, and similar events, the performance of the service may be partially or completely disrupted. In such cases, the process is evaluated within the framework of applicable legislation and supplier conditions.

8. Digital Services and Third-Party Platforms

For digital services such as OTA setup & management, the terms of channel managers, OTA platforms, and software providers (e.g. integrations, APIs, panels) shall apply. Access authorizations are provided by the customer and may be revoked upon request.

Ance Tour & MICE does not perform transactions on behalf of the customer without authorization and approval; it carries out requested actions within the scope of the access rights granted by the customer and records them.

9. User Obligations

  • Providing accurate, up-to-date, and complete information and documents via the website and communication channels
  • Making approvals and payments on time when required by the service
  • Securely managing access to third-party platforms (login credentials/roles)
  • Not making requests that are contrary to laws, public order, or the rights of third parties

10. Intellectual Property

All texts, visuals, logos, brands, and content on the website belong to Ance Tour & MICE or are used with permission from the relevant rights holders. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without authorization.

11. Personal Data

The principles regarding the processing of personal data are carried out within the scope of the KVKK Information Notice and the Privacy Policy. Details regarding the use of cookies are available on our Cookie Policy page.

12. Disputes and Jurisdiction

Turkish Law shall apply to the implementation of these terms. In disputes that may arise between the parties, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Antalya (Muratpaşa) shall have jurisdiction.
