This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is concluded electronically between ANCE TOUR TURİZM VE TİCARET LTD. ŞTİ. (“Seller”) and the individual or entity purchasing the service (“Buyer”), upon the Buyer’s approval through the Seller’s website.

Buyer: The person or entity making the payment using the name/title and contact details declared on the payment page.
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the distance sale of tourism-related services provided by the Seller, including but not limited to tourism, transfer, VIP transfer, tours, organizations, consultancy, and similar services, as well as the related payment transactions.
The scope, details, dates and/or price of the service are determined based on correspondence with the Buyer, offers, reservation/organization details, and the information stated on the payment page. The Buyer acknowledges that they have reviewed and understood the essential information regarding the service prior to making the payment.
The Buyer pays the amount specified on the payment page using the selected payment method. Card details are not stored by the Seller; all payment transactions are carried out securely via the payment service provider.
The Buyer agrees that all payments made under this Agreement—regardless of whether they are collected as service fees, deposits, advance payments, reservation fees, or under any other name— are non-refundable.
The Buyer declares that all information provided on the payment page is accurate, that all communications and approvals regarding the service belong to them, and that they have full authority to perform the payment transaction.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. In the event of any dispute, the courts and enforcement offices of Antalya (Central) shall have jurisdiction.
By approving the statement “I have read and accept the Distance Sales Agreement” on the payment page, the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the terms of this Agreement. The Agreement enters into force at the moment of approval.
